Our roadmap is divided into strategic phases, focusing first on robust infrastructure, then on ecosystem expansion, and finally on full decentralization.

Phase 1: Foundation (Q1-Q2 2025)

• Protocol Design: Finalizing the smart contract architecture for the VEX Token and Liquidity Pools.
• Core Infrastructure: Release of the VEX SDK v1.0 for Unity.
• Seed Round: Private funding round for strategic partners and VCs.
• Website & Docs: Launch of vexgamefi.com and comprehensive whitepaper.
• Audit: Security audit by CertiK and Hacken.

Phase 2: Integration (Q3-Q4 2025)

• TGE (Token Generation Event): Public launch of the VEX token on major DEXs and CEXs.
• First Partner Games: Launch of the first 5 pilot games integrating VEX.
• Staking Live: Launch of the "Diamond Hand" staking protocol.
• Marketplace Beta: Release of the cross-game NFT marketplace.

Phase 3: Expansion (2026)

• Multi-Chain Support: Expansion to Avalanche Subnets and Polygon Supernets.
• Mobile SDK: Release of iOS and Android native SDKs.
• VEX Grant Program: $10M fund allocation for indie game developers.
• Esports Integration: First major tournament powered by VEX.

Phase 4: Decentralization (2027+)

• DAO Transition: Full transfer of protocol control to the VEX DAO.
• VEX Chain: Launch of a dedicated Layer-3 AppChain for zero-gas gaming.
