Our roadmap is divided into strategic phases, focusing first on robust infrastructure on Solana, then on ecosystem expansion, and finally on full decentralization.

Phase 1: Foundation (Q1-Q2 2026)

• Protocol Design: Finalizing the on-chain program architecture for Eldranium (ELDR) on Solana.
• Token Deployment: ELDR live as an SPL Token on Solana Mainnet Beta with mint and freeze authorities revoked.
• Core Infrastructure: Release of the ELDR SDK v1.0 for Unity and Unreal Engine.
• Seed Round: Private funding round for strategic partners and VCs.
• Website & Docs: Launch of eldranium.com and comprehensive whitepaper.
• Audit: Security audit of all Solana programs by top-tier firms (e.g., OtterSec, Neodyme).

Phase 2: Integration (Q3-Q4 2026)

• TGE (Token Generation Event): Public launch of the ELDR token on Raydium and Orca, with Jupiter aggregator routing, followed by major CEX listings.
• First Partner Games: Launch of the first pilot games integrating ELDR SDK.
• Staking Live: Launch of the "Diamond Hand" staking protocol.
